Guests have the entire main level and all the outdoor spaces - the deck, screened porch, firepit, yard, kayaks, and your private dock on Lake Hartwell. Park in the private gravel driveway, with plenty of room for multiple vehicles. (The basement is owner storage and is not part of the rental.)

You're on a calm cove of Lake Hartwell - one of the Southeast's best bass lakes. Cast right off the dock for largemouth, spotted bass, striper, crappie & catfish (try a shaky-head in the dock shade, or cut bait after dark). Holcomb Access ramp is 1.4 miles; Harbor Light Marina - boat rentals + Tilly's Tiki Bar - is a ~20-min ride.

Pets welcome (fee applies). No parties or events. No smoking. Keep noise down - residential street. Supervise the firepit & put it fully out. Dock lights off at night. The wooded shoreline is protected Corps of Engineers land. The basement is owner storage (no guest access).
