Welcome to Watersedge on beautiful Lake Hartwell—a pet-friendly, family-ready lake house with newly renovated bathrooms and a brand-new hot tub. Installed EV charger is available for use. The home sleeps 14 guests in beds (plus a queen air mattress for 2 more) and is ideal for multiple families, multi-generational trips, or a relaxed family getaway.
The main-level master suite features a king bed, private bath, and a twin daybed with trundle—perfect for younger kids who want to stay close. Step directly onto the deck from the bedroom and enjoy peaceful lake sunrises. Two additional queen bedrooms are also on the main level (one with a new en-suite bath), along with a full hall bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room.
Kids and teens will love the basement bunk room (sleeps 6) and their own rec room with ping pong, air hockey, board games, and a full-size fridge for snacks and drinks. A second living area and full bathroom complete the lower level.

Great lake location and spacious house for multiple guests! A few issues under the control of the host- -Outdoor trash bins were full, leaving no room for our garbage with a large group. -The propane tank on the grill was empty, so we had to exchange the tank. -The water in the hot tub needed to be changed, and it needed chemicals, which we had no access to. We were unable to use the hot tub the second day/night due to the smell and poor water quality. An issue not in control of the host: -Lake Hartwell water levels are historically low due to a drought, and the boat dock had no water surrounding it. We brought our own boat, but had to wade out into the water to get on and off it.

We loved the lake house and the hot tub! The dock was on mostly dry land so we couldn't bring our boat. We ended up moving to a different house on the lake so we could play on the boat for the rest of the weekend. They were kind in allowing us to stay only one night and cancel Friday and Saturday night. When the lake is full this would not have been an issue. Good customer service!

We enjoyed the spacious home and private outdoor area. Erin was very easy to contact and replied in minutes when we needed assistance. We were able to visit with family that lives locally while staying at the airbnb.
